Kick off your July 4th Weekend with some food truck deliciousness.
Beginning Friday evening, Brookhaven Park will be the location for an event filled Fourth of July Holiday weekend presented by Soccerfest.
The 239 Broad Street property is now owned by Rome builder-turned-restaurateur Wayne Robinson who has already done considerable working on the interior of the building and will be making some facade changes in advance of Crawdaddy’s moving in.
“What’s really neat about this truck is it operates really quick,” Jamie says. “I can make 300 in an hour, easy. We have the Flavorwave, where you put on flavor and we have it outside the truck so the kids can put on the flavor themselves.”
After a more than six-month hiatus for truck repairs and a mental break, he’s back serving it three days a week from Mya’s Fried Chicken food truck, parked in a lot at the corner of North Broadway and North High streets in Clintonville.
