A business that grew out of the couple’s love for Vietnamese food now has a new home in the former location of one of Liberal’s most popular restaurants.

Saturday afternoon Beds By Design had food trucks and inflatables open to the public for the Foods for Fosters event. The proceeds are going towards PATH Inc, a non-profit that works with high-need children in foster care.

Friday's menu was mostly Asian-inspired, with Thai chicken nachos and sweet chicken lettuce wraps.

Seven food trucks lined the parking lot offering everything from barbecue and gyros to Asian dumplings.

Food trucks are becoming pretty popular around Sioux Falls. Multiple businesses are hosting food truck events including The Bakery's Food Truck Fridays on the third Friday of each month and Golf Addiction's Food Truck Tuesdays every other Tuesday.

Six food trucks will be parked at 57th Street and Marion Road from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Several food trucks were easy to find since they were all parked in one location for the first ever Food Truck Friday hosted by the owners at the bakery.

An event dubbed Food Truck Friday drew hundreds to a new community space called The Bakery on North Main Avenue.

"Sioux falls is getting an influx of them as our downtown grows and our city grows. When you see something like that happen your kind of what can you take away from that and what can you learn and how can me make our city better so we don't have an incident like that."

Indian Taco, is the base is not a traditional Fry Bread, but rather flattened and fried roll dough.
